You are invited to arrive exactly as you are — raw, radiant, unravelling, tender, uncertain, joyful, grieving, or in-between.

 

This is a space to speak the things you feel you cannot speak elsewhere —
Your shame. Your fears. Your deep pain. Your desire. Your dream.

The things that feel too much, too messy, or too vulnerable for others to hold.

• You speak, express, or rest — however your body and being wish to show up

• Deep listening without agenda—so you can express whatever needs to arise.

• Loving reflection may arise — not from fixing, but from open-hearted witnessing

• Silence is equally honored; everything is held with tenderness
